Here's What to Expect:
The training lasts 90 min—that’s right, we’re going deeeeep baby! No gatekeeping or saving the good stuff for later on this one.
Format: The first 30 min will be instructional, a true step-by-step situation where you can jot down notes, and the next 45 min will be the breathwork experience. I’ll instruct you every step of the way, just have a comfy spot to lie down, and an eye mask is a bonus. The final 15 minutes, we’ll spend on the implementation of what your unique next steps are.
